With 8 years of experience, David Di Filippo offers a deep sense of commitment to finding his clients their dream homes. David understands the value of a strong social marketing presence and has become a certified e-Pro expert to provide his clients with the best service possible and has passed the C2EX course.
 
David lives in South Charleston, West Virginia with his wife and business partner, Christina, and their four toy poodles, Luca, Louie, Bruno, & Lucy. He is very active in the community. David is the current city councilman for his ward in South Charleston, a board member of the South Charleston Convention & Visitors Bureau, and is also a member of the South Charleston Economic & Development Authority. When David is not helping his clients in real estate, he likes to spend time at their cabin in Pocahontas County, spend evenings on their boat on the Kanawha River, work on motorcycles, and travel.
 
As a proud 18-year West Virginia Air National Guard veteran, David has a special understanding and insight into what it takes to move from place to place. His goal is always to provide a smooth and seamless transaction to his clients.
